  1. Where do you ship?  We ship Worldwide. Change your Country upon checkout, customs fees are accrued to you and at your own expense. International Shipping Charges are higher and receipt of products does take 3-4 WEEKS after Ordering. 

  2. What if I haven’t received my order? If you have not received your order meaning YOUR PRODUCT or tracking information has NOT Been emailed to you, and it has been past 14 BUSINESS DAYS, please email us. Prior to your order shipping to YOU, you will receive an EMAIL message to the email address you provided with your order, providing you a Tracking Number, please visit the shipping website, enter the tracking number, for up to date status of your order. Remember this will arrive prior to your order shipping, not 10 minutes after you just ordered, due to the diligence of our service agents and warehouse, calling or emailing us 24 hours after you placed your order, asking where your order is at does not expediate your order. Please see the shipping details prior to ordering, if you need this garment in 24 hours ordering from US is not in your best interest. 

  3. What is the Refund/Exchange policy? We do not accept exchanges for any reason. If you are unsure of your size, please contact us by email or text (817.925.0783). We are here to assist. Please understand that the size chart is a tool and body shapes do vary. There will be times when an item may not fit even if your height and weight match the chart. Our shapewear is considered intimate apparel and cannot be returned due to hygiene concerns. If you feel you received the wrong size, sell it to a friend and purchase a new one. We are here to assist, so when in doubt, please contact us first. These are NOT American Shaperwear, if you wear a Medium and have always worn a Medium I can guarantee you, YOU will need a LARGE or larger in our garment. We have it listed throughout our site to ORDER UP, please do not contact us stating your garment is too small, when you ordered down or the exact size you wear.  

  4. Our products are shipped Priority Mail Signature Required, if your item is returned to Butler Bodywear Warehouse due to UNCLAIMED and you would like it re-shipped you may be responsible for additional shipping fees per the USPS. 

  5. How long does it take to ship my order? Our authentic Colombian waist trainers are in high demand. U.S. shipping can take up to 7-10 business to be RECEIVED back to you, baring no delays from weather to backorders. International shipping 7-14 business days depending on location. Holidays and delays from customs may delay receiving order. Our trainers are shipped from Colombia, South America so PICK UP is not an option (unless you're in South America) and they must clear U.S. Customs first, hence the reason for the shipping delay. Remember these are dates that are estimated to RETURN to America, once the item arrives in the U.S. it will still need to travel to you, so add an additional 2-3 busness days. (All products are shipped USPS Priortity, you do not need to pay for expedited shipping, that is already included)  We cannot RUSH your order clearing customs and getting to the states, we have no control in this process.  We want you as a customer but we also need you as a customer to UNDERSTAND the shipping time and to comprehend this process and timeframe. 

  6. What size should I order? It is important that you refer to our sizing chart to ensure a proper fit. The sizing chartnumber on the left is your BUST SIZE, not WAIST. If your stomach is a little larger or if you are between sizes, choose a size up to ensure fit. Our waist trainers are authentic Colombian body shapers, which tend to run smaller. Keep in mind that body shapes do vary as well. If you are unsure of what size to get please contact us by email and include your weight, height and pics of your bare waist from the front and side. We would prefer you EMAIL us your height, weight, bust size ( if women) pants size ( if men) BEFORE ordering the wrong size so that we can direct you. 

  7. What is the difference between the waist trainers and what are they made of? ”Miracle” sits at your waist extending to your upper abdomen. It has a latex core, cotton exterior and interior lining. It is also recommended for Petitie or Shorter torso's or active people who work out.-”Snatched” is 2″ longer than our “Miracle” trainer. The exterior is made of 100% latex with a cotton interior lining. Recommeded for women with more circumference of body fat to flatten.-”Ready” is 2″ longer than our “Miracle” trainer. The exterior is made of 100% latex with a cotton interior lining. Ready is recommended for women with all over reduction, from the back, to under the bust line, to the stomach and waistline. Keep in mind the Ready has shoulder straps- All of our Waist Trainers offer the same benefits and is based on personal preference and use. OUR Goal in ordering the MIRACLE is to send/ship you your color preference, HOWEVER the Miracle does come in the following colors, Blue, Pink or purple and other seasonal colors such as red, orange, green, yellow, etc. IF our warehouse is out of BLUE in your size in order to ensure your delivery THEY MAY ship your size in another color listed above. The product is the same just a different color.

  8. How do I pay for for my order? Currently, you pay online at checkout with a major credit card or debit, or you can mail a check or money order to our mailing address located on the CONTACT US PAGE. Upon checking out, once your credit card has been processed, the screen will state "Shopping Cart empty" that means it's complete, check the email you provided for your receipt and also CHECK SPAM if you don't receive it  5 minutes after purchase. If you have entered a Gmail email address for your confirmation you may not receive your CONFIRMATION, Gmail Administrators BLOCK the message from appearing. You will need to EMAIL us via the contact us page/tab for your CONFIRMATION of Purchase. We will gladly send it directly to your email address. 

  9. What if I can’t fasten my waist trainer or if it’s too tight? When you first receive your trainer, you may need someone to help fasten the hooks. Do not be alarmed if it takes you a while to get it hooked. If you are able to fasten the hooks then it’s your size. The trainer is designed to be TIGHT. The high compression tightens your core, helping you lose inches from your abdomen and waistline. To maximize your results, waist trainers should be worn 8-10 hours a day. The trainer will not be comfortable in the beginning and you may have to work your way up to the recommended usage time.

  10. How do I wash my waist trainer? You should hand wash or machine wash on the delicate cycle. ButlerBodyWear, recommends washing with a  "lingerie mesh bag"  (also sold on our page) turning the garment inside out and air dry. Air dry to keep fabric from shrinking and losing elasticity. IF you DRY the trainer in the dryer you WILL BREAK THE BONING, we do not EXCHANGE products because you didn't follow directions. The boning will not break unless you don't follow the instructions. 

  11. Keep the trainer away from strong odors, Latex Shapers can pick up odors and retain them. 

  12. What side is the inside when I get the trainer? The softer lining touches your skin, the latex is on the outside, the tag goes on the top of your back. Basically the openings for the hooks should be on your left and the hooks themselves should be on your right.
